Full Planning and Listed Building consent gained for renovation of The Old Vicarage, a beautiful Grade II listed property which lies in the centre of the village of Cubert, near Newquay on the north coast of mid-Cornwall.
The new proposals were tailored to suit both the individual requirements of the family and in mind of the findings and recommendations put forward by the Cornwall Archaeological Unit as identified in the Historic Building Report. The internal alterations will provide useful living accommodation for the family and have been developed to help the appreciation of the historic character of the building and outbuilding. The proposals will also enhance the setting and preserve ‘The Old Vicarage’ for the new family and future generations.
