csa gained planning permission in January 2010 for a major expansion of Victoria Industrial Estate, Roche; enlarging an existing factory site to create a new estate, circa 160,000sqft of new employment space. The development consists of industrial units, with supplementary office accommodation together with two new, speculative office units as a gateway to the development, adjacent to the site entrance. Sensitive design was required to address major site constraints related to existing water courses and a bio-diverse ecological habitat. The scheme was also conceived with the potential to achieve BREEAM "Excellent" as it is eligible for Convergence Funding.
