CSA architects were appointed due to their expert capability to manage and coordinate a full environmental impact assessment, in conjunction with full architectural, urban design and landscape architecture, to provide a holistic service, on behalf of the client for this major detailed planning application consisting of; 107 residential units (houses & apartments) a community hall, retail unit and public open space. The ability to coordinate consultants to produce a full Environmental Impact Assessment, emphatically demonstrates the company's ability to ensure integrated team working, throughout the preparation of a major planning application.
