Luxury Maritime House - South Coast

csa were commisioned by a private client to design this contemporary, maritime, luxury residence, in accordance with the  brief. Exceeding 5,000sqft, the design is arranged as reverse level accommodation; the open plan kitchen/dining room and living room spans the entire top floor. The views are north facing, which dictated expanses of glass to maximise the outlook. Construction commenced in March 2008 and is due for completion in August 2009.
