Luxury House

Designed for a private client to optomise the natural characteristics of the site, this luxury house is nestled into it's hillside location, adjoining the sailing waters of Feock. The two intersecting curved elements create a stunning open plan kitchen, living and dining room on the ground floor with a feature, south facing courtyard. The first floor is desinged to peer over the roof of the ground floor to maximise the outlook. This architecturally sensitive scheme, was highly commended by the local planning authority and is currently under construction, due for completion August 2008.
