csa architects produced redevelopment proposals on behalf of a residential agent for the purposes of pre-application liaisons with the Local Planning Aunotrity and potential residential developers. The brief was to produce a high quality, "Urban Splash" approach to high density, town centre, regeneration architecture. In association with CPR and Kerrier District Council, the redevelopment of this site forms part of the Redruth Corridor Framework.
