Contemporary Waterside House, Helford

csa were employed by a private client to design a high quality, one-off modern house, overlooking the helford creek. csa have provided full architectural services from concept to construction. The scheme design maximises the outlook and utilises natural materials to harmonise with this sensitive, wooded location. Planning permission was achieved swiftly in January 2010 and the project is currently on-site; due for completion by summer 2011.
