csa provided full services for the demolition of an existing, dated 1960's bungalow and a modern, large replacement luxury dwelling, in this sensitve location. Planning was achieved qithin 7 weeks following an excellent response from the local planning authority at the pre-application stage. The replacement constitutes a large replacement, nearly double the floor area of the existing and nestles into the hillside, with a soft and natural selection of locally sourced materials. csa were commissioned during the summer of 2006 and the construction concluded in September 2007.
