Cliff-top House, Talland Bay

Planning Approval has been acheived for this project, which consists of a replacement dwelling overlooking the picturesque Talland Bay, near Looe.

The client wished to explore a 'New England' design style whilst still in keeping with a Cornish vernacular. The site is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by a number of beautiful historic houses.

Through careful negotiation with the Local Planning Authority and the Local Parish Council, the scheme has successfully delivered a new 4 bedroom house, some 35% larger than the existing property.
