csa were commissioned in September 2007 to design a contemporary family home, in a stunning location for a well respected private client. The scheme comprises of a large detached house, in excess of 5,000sqft. 5 bedroom accommodation, with a particularly spacious master bedroom suite, desinged to maximise the stunning river views. The house has been desinged to conceal it's scale, when viewed from the front, a dual character, opens up to the creekside elevation. The house utilises the natural topography, stepping down the site, split into two blocks, linked by a lightweight glass link. A mixture of high quality materials, local design reference with a contemporary, maritime twist.
