Proposed Football Stadium, Truro City FC

CSA were approached by Truro City Football Club to prepare a master plan for the redevelopment of their existing site at Treyew Road, Truro. The development brief consisted of an international standard combined Football and Rugby pitch with covered stands to accomodate 16,000 people, seated. The proposals also incorporate multi-storey car parking for 450 cars, corporate facilties, conference rooms, hospitality suites, club house, small retail outlets associated to club merchandising as well as a restaurant, bar, leisure complex and hotel. CSA prepared a detailed scheme sufficient for a public consultation, which was held in summer 2005. There was much media coverage of these proposals and Director Justin Dodge gave radio and television interviews as well as the public presentation, further illustrating CSA's capability to deliver and present high profile projects to ensure the best chance of success. The scheme has been well received by the general public and the media.
