csa-architectsd were commissioned in December 2007 to prepare an outline application for the £7 Million redevelopment of Falmouth Golf Club. This includes the extension and reconfiguration to the golf course to improve play, a new 1400 sqm clubhouse with improved function facilities, including indoor pool, a new Pro Shop Building, Car Park and landscaping.

48 new golf/eco-lodges are proposed within the scheme to improve the tourism capabilites of the site and to facilitate the development.

A new footpath running along the northern boundary of the site will be a significant feature for local residents travelling along Swanpool Road.
