CSA were approached to prepare the master plan for a new industrial estate. To work with the developer, to submit a full planning application. Also, to prepare an environmental statement for the whole site.
The site is located off the main A30 at Scorrier, "a strategic gateway site" It is extremely prominent and required an extensive landscaping proposal to reduce visual impact. CSA instigated the site levels working with a consultant engineer. The site represents one of the largest new industrial developments to gain planning consent in the County, across approximately 36 acres. The development will incorporate a number of sustainable design items and the buildings will be built in accordance with sustainable building principles.
