commissioned by Midas Commercial Developments Ltd and built by Midas Construction on a Design & Build contract, csa provided full architectural services to develop this difficult site. A contaminated, awkward shaped site has been developed to maximise its potential. Part funded by Objective One and SWERDA, the developmment created 11 industrial units, ranging in size from 1,500 - 4,500sqft. A requirement of the grant funding was to achieve a "Good" BREEAM rating, and Midas turned to csa, due to their expert knowledge of this requirement for industrial developments. Complete Spring 2007.
