An exclusive, environmental, residential development consisting of 5 houses and 8 apartments, designed to Code Level 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. Csa have provided full architectural services for this project, culminating in a very quick planning approval, gained in April 2008.
CSA continued to undertake full architectural services for building regulations, working drawings and specification, but due to the economic climate, the project was put on hold in September 2008. The scheme includes renewable energy generation on-site, the use of Photovoltaics, solar hot water and highly efficient energy building envelope.
