The proposed redevelopment of the Treloen Holiday Apartments in Mevagissey, near St Austell, has been designed to ensure any impact on the environment is minimised. The scheme achieves a total of ten holiday houses, ranging from 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. Designed to provide high quality holiday accommodation and to achieve a BREEAM residential "Excellent" rating; including green roofs and high thermal mass walling. All have multiple rear balconies with extensive views towards the sea and Chapel Point, maximising the outlook from this stunning and unique cliff-top location. Planning consent was unanimously granted by committee in April 2008.
