Master Plan - Town Centre Regeneration

csa were commissioned to provide full architectural services for a major regeneration project in the heart of Redruth. Initially, csa worked in conjunction with the local planning authority and CPR Regeneration to agree a master plan/framework and developmnt brief. Following successful conclusion of this, csa prepared a detailed planning application package for 88 new dwellings on land around the existing Penventon Park Hotel, as well as a major extension and refurbishment package for the existing hotel itself. The scheme is estimated as £14m construction value and represents a major investment on behalf of private sector developers for the regeneration of this area. csa have been highly praised for their role in the master planning by the local authority and CPR Regeneration, leading to work on other sites in the area, in conjunction with these bodies. csa acted as lead consultant, providing full architectural services, urban design,landscape architecture, plannig consultancy services, financial modelling and Section 106 negotiation in respect of on-site affordable housing provision.
