csa provided full architectural services for a major redevelopment of a waterfront site, overlooking the marina in Falmouth. The scheme is highly contemporary, reflecting a maritime architectural style to respect the setting and relationship with the marina. Consisting of 52 apartments, a terrace of 5 houses and a luxury detached creekeside villa, boathouse, slipway and underground car parking.
