csa were commissioned by Cornwall Council to provide master planning, architectural and planning services for the residential redevelopment of the former Camelford Primary School site, in the heart of the town. csa prepared a senstive scheme to include the retention and refurbishment of the historic school building. Utilising the specialist in house skills of our urban designer and chartered landscape architect, working alongside the project architect. An outline application package for 58 dwellings was submitted in April 2009. csa were lead consutant, including management and co-ordination of specialist consultants, required in accordance with the planning validation checklist, which enabled swift registration and processing of the application by the Planning Authority.
