On behalf of Sancutary Housing CSA-architects have submitted a detailed Planning Application for the residential development of this "Greenfield" exception site just outside the development boundary of the small village of Tredrizzick near Rock with 23 affordable residential units in a range of 2Bed, 3Bed and 4Bed. A generous Public Open Space is included at the entrance to the site.
The potential of achieving Level 4 under the Code for Sustainable Homes Standards was demonstrated with a Code Pre-Assessment and provisions for future installations of renewable energies have been included in the design. All dwellings are designed to Secure by Design Standards and Sanctuary Housing Technical Brief. The scheme is accompanied by specialist's reports on Ecology, Drainage and Transport.
