We also have two accredited code for Sustinable Homes assessors for pragmatic design and compliance with these environmental standards, as required. csa also have planning consultancy services, with a chartered town planner, as well as full Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) capability and financial viability modelling/appraisal for affordable housing/section 106 negotiations. We also have an excellent rapport and extensive expereince working with housing associations for the delivery of affordable housing.
