Refurbishment & Remodelling of Listed Town House

csa gained planning and listed building consent to build a sensitive extension to one of the finest, Grade II Listed town houses in Falmouth. The in depth knowledge of the company enabled a realtively quick process; the scheme commenced and was completed within 12 months, including all design stages - a fast track programme for works involving a listed building. The extension included a new Kitchen extension, opening onto the rear garden, as well as a first floor extension to provide addional bathroom facilities. The scheme also included remodelling and upgrading of the existing building, to return to its former glory. The works were completed in September 2008.
