csa have been commissioned to master plan a major expansion to Truro Business Park, totalling in excess of 100,000 sqft of commercial office, hybrid business space/office and trade counter sales units. The project is partially eligible for European grant funding, "Convergence funding" and csa are providing a holistic service, encompassing all apects of the architectural design, as well as processing the grant application, including financial modelling. A pre-requisite of convergence funding is the requirement for all new buildings to achieve and "excellent" BREEAM rating; having an accredited BREEAM assessor in-house, csa have been able to design-in the necessary features to achieve this; pragmatically.
