A mixed use development, consisting of a new multi-storey car park off-site, to make way for a major redevelopment of the current Church Street Car Park site in the centre of Falmouth, in a prime waterfront location. The scheme consists of 27,000sqft of prime retail units, linked to the existing mainstreet, 77 apartments, including 35% affordable units, as well as a waterfront public square, publicly accessible pontoon and floating restaurant, as well as integrated car parking and pedestrianised street links.
