Planning consent had been granted for this project, CSA addressed the planning conditions and refined the design to achieve a building regulation approval and working drawings sufficient for the construction of this office building. A modern office required a low maintenance specification and the end-result is high standard office accommodation in a prime location with creek views, rear balconies maximise the views from the site and provide pleasant recreational spaces for the end-users.
