Mixed Use Development, Barncoose, Redruth

CSA have been commissioned to master plan a new business park on Barncoose Industrial Estate which on a landmark site which will be created by the construction of a new road into the estate. Visualisations have been prepared and the scheme will be submitted for planning in early 2006. The proposal achieves a large 45,000sqft high tech, timber clad, curved office building as the focus of the development, a landmark on the entrance to the estate, a further 30,000sqft Industrial units and a detached office development to complete the development.
