Fairmantle Street Project "The Atrium", Truro

Cornishhomes.co.uk commissioned CSA in February 2004, to prepare and develop a design brief for a large commercial development adjoining the City Centre. Working with a large team of consultants the brief was defined and the proposal was subject to a major public presentation, hosted by CSA. We constructed a scale model of the building, as shown alongside a 3D computer model, which were used to present the project, in a manner that was easy to understand for all. After 9 months of extensive negotiations with the local planning authority and various consultees, the design was refined and formerly submitted for planning. This project shows the capability of Christopher Smith Associates to work as part of a team, as lead consultant, the quality of our design capabilities and presentation, needed to give every project undertaken, the best chance of success.
