csa were commissioned by A&P Falmouth, the operating company of Falmouth Docks to design a new cruise terminal reception building, as part of the major planning application, including the creation of an enlarged quay and dredging of the channel, to enable the largest cruise ships in the world to visit Falmouth and Cornwall; with major benefits to the economy. The design also features the new offices for the Falmouth Port Operations, and control tower feature enable 360 degree views of all operations and the harbour. The proposed building will form an iconic new gateway to all boats/ships entering Falmouth.
