csa architects, on behalf of Sanctuary Housing PLC, prepared a detailed scheme for 19 houses and 8 apartments for this edge of village "exceptions" site in the highly desirable village of Rock. This 100% affordable housing scheme was extremely contentious in this valuable location. csa acted as lead consultant and project co-ordinators throughout the planning stage. The scheme gained full planning officer support.
