Carrick Housing appointed csa-architects in early 2009 to provide an alternative design to an existing planning approval for 12 apartments.
The site was previouslyoccupied by the Falmouth Tavern, a public house which recently was closed down, neglected and then ruined by arson.
The new design consists of a terrace of four 3 bedroom terraces and a block of 7 flats with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.
Construction has begun and is due for completion in November 2010.
